Probate and Trust Administration

Many families need legal assistance navigating the cumbersome probate court process. It is especially challenging for grieving family members. My services alleviate some of the burden of administering an estate. Whether there was a Will or no Will, probate administration is often required to transfer assets to family members or other heirs. An estate Executor can expect to pay a reasonable, competitive hourly rate for my advice and guidance with the electronic filing of court documents, e.g., petition to open probate, inventory of assets, motions, accounting and to close the estate. Trust administration is markedly different because probate court oversight is not needed.  A trustee is required to follow the specific statutory trust code laws and the fiduciary obligations set forth in the trust instrument.  With many years of experience with probate and trust administration, my professional services will make it go more smoothly.
